The Border selections of  Geranium are valuable fillers for colors ranging from pinks to purples to whites. They are useful for hiding all kinds of bulb foliage, and flower from early summer right through till fall. Great choice for areas where you are unsure if part shade or sun. Deer resistant.

If taller varieties get leggy in mid summer do not hesitate to shear plant down by over half, it will regrow quickly. Our favourite varieties include G. sanguineum New-Hampshire Purple (shown on right) which flowers all summer then have lovely red fall foliage, and Brookside (shown on left), a large blue-flowered variety that will fill a lot of space.
