Wintergreen foliage has a wonderful scent when bruised. This low native plant is a great choice for a woodland garden. Glossy leaves, red berries and pink flowers give it year round interest. An organic rich soil with some acidity will help plant thrive.

Combines well with other acid loving plants such as Azaleas, Ferns, Digitalis, Aquilegia
